By using this website’s chat widget or calling our phone number, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them — you’re welcome to reach out to Apexyn AI Automations another way instead.

What this is

Ava is an AI assistant, not a human — we tell you this at the start of every chat and every call. She has a conversation with you to understand what you’re looking for, checks our real calendar availability, and can book a short intro call between you and our team. She doesn’t make binding commitments on our behalf beyond scheduling that call.

Phone calls are recorded

If you call our phone number, the call is recorded and transcribed by our voice AI platform so Ava can have the conversation and so we can review it afterward. By calling, you’re consenting to that recording.

Accuracy

Please give Ava accurate contact information — otherwise we won’t be able to reach you about a booking. Ava checks live calendar availability before confirming anything, and she’ll only tell you a call is booked once it’s actually been created on our calendar. Like any AI system, she can occasionally misunderstand something — if a confirmation looks wrong, let us know and we’ll sort it out.

Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling

You can ask Ava to reschedule or cancel an intro call you’ve booked, by chat or by phone, using the same email you booked with. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a call ourselves if something comes up, and we’ll let you know if we do.

Not a service contract

Talking with Ava, and booking an intro call, doesn’t by itself create a contract for services between you and Apexyn AI Automations. Any actual engagement — scope, pricing, timeline — is agreed separately, in writing, once we’ve talked.

Third-party services

Using the chat widget or calling our number means your information passes through the service providers we rely on to run it — OpenAI, Retell AI, Google Calendar and Meet, Supabase, Make.com, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Vercel. See our Privacy Policy for what each one does.

No guarantees

We provide this chat and phone assistant on an as-is basis and don’t guarantee it will be available without interruption or completely error-free. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
