Terms of Service

Effective date: Nov 02, 2025

1. Services

Apexyn provides AI receptionist and automation services. Services are provided per mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or pilot agreement.

2. Pilot & Deliverables

Pilots typically run 4 weeks and include configuration, integrations (Calendly, EHR/CRM connectors when supported), SMS reminder setup, and analytics dashboard. Deliverables are limited to those listed in the SOW.

3. Payment

Fees, payment schedule, and milestones are defined in the SOW or invoice. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Data & PHI

Client is responsible for instructing Apexyn about handling PHI. Prior to processing PHI, both parties must sign a BAA. Without a signed BAA, Apexyn will not process PHI.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexyn's liability is limited to fees paid by the client for the specific service in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate per SOW terms. Upon termination, client data will be returned or deleted per request and policy.
