Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied. This policy applies to paid pilot projects and subscriptions.

Pilots (4-week)

Pilot fees are payable in advance as agreed in the SOW. Because pilot work includes configuration and time investment, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances and at Apexyn’s discretion. If Apexyn fails to deliver the agreed key milestones within the pilot window, we will offer a pro-rata refund or an extended support period to achieve agreed KPIs.

Monthly Retainer

Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. No refunds for partial months unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

To cancel a pilot or subscription, email apexynhealth@gmail.com with 7 days notice for pilots and 30 days notice for enterprise contracts, unless SOW specifies otherwise.

Disputes

If you dispute a charge, contact us at the email above. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
